Last night I took control over the problem of the black bananas. I turned them into a cake. A very yummy, moist, aromatic, morish . . . cake/bread.
The recipe is Jenna’s.
I took 3 black bananas and mashed them with my new masher.
and then mixed some ingredients together, and generally made a mess.

I love baking so much more than cooking. The only problem is what to do with the finished result! I always take some to my parents and freeze some but I just can’t help eating like 3 pieces when it’s just fresh. How do you stop yourself from going back for more? I’m pretty good at having an open bar of dark chocolate in my cupboard, and not attacking it, but fresh baked goods? Not so easy! I have managed to avoid it today, I know if I have one piece I’ll have 3!
