I have been sleepy tired since I woke up at 7:30. I slept over 7 hours but am crazy tired. You know when you are so sleepy and all you want to do is curl up anywhere but you can’t so you feel like crying? Yup that was my day. Wierd.
I started off my day with porridge and some blog reading before yoga.
This yoga DVD is so hard! There’s a pilates abs workout at the end which is pretty good though.
Then I did some work (I usually do work on my bed but was just so sleepy I thought I’d fall asleep) with a diet pepsi for company and caffeine (made absolutely no difference) Check out the hideous cushions. I bought fabric to make new covers but have yet to get around to it!
I would have taken a nap but I had an appointment with the nurse after lunch. After which I had to hit a few shops. I came home with just enough time to try and boost my energy with a smoothie (no time for a nap :() I took out half the way I like it and then experimented with the other half by putting cocoa powder and a little agave in it- it wasn’t good.
Then I had an apointment at the gym to get my stats taken and get a resistance routine made for me. I’ll let you know how that went tomorrow. When I got home I ate some dried apricots incase I was needing iron and they did perk me up a little but that could have been the sugar!
Now I am going to take a bath and go to bed.
Do you ever have days where you feel exhausted for no good reason? What do you do? This is unusual for me, I’ve eaten a lot today (and pretty nutriciously) so it’s not that. I know I didn’t eat much in the way of veg yesterday but I’ve done that before and not had this result. Fingers crossed I have more energy tomorrow as I have a full day of teaching in 4 different classes so I need to be the duracell bunny!
