I lay in again this morning- I so didn’t mean to, I just couldn’t get myself out of bed. Though I did sleep badly last night so I guess I needed the sleep. Breakfast was porridge and coffee.
The porridge was whipped banana, I chopped a whole ripe banana in at the start and whipped it up with a spoon for the last 2 minutes of cooking- divine! Toppings were slivered almonds, shredded coconut and some grape nuts.
This afternoon I’m going to the hairdresser to get my hair cut and coloured and then to tesco to get ingredients for tonight’s dinner. I’m making Amy‘s mushroom dish. Those of you who are new to reading this blog may not know that I am a very picky eater and am trying to change that. I have never tried mushrooms so Amy kindly posted a mushroom recipe for my to try. Thank you Amy 🙂
