I am supposed to be participating in Project Hydrate but today I ran into a hitch. I had so much work to do at lunch time that I didn’t have time to stop and eat. I did have time to drink a DP. Bad idea! I ended up with a head-ache by 3pm, I was already stressed and the head-ache made me feel 10x worse than it normally would have. I ended up leaving work at around 5, coming home and going straight to sleep. I still have a head-ache. I still haven’t eaten properly (I have eaten 4 squares of dark chocolate and half a choc chip muffin). Will I learn from this? I hope so!
